Sistem Pendeteksi Dan Pemadam Kebakaran Otomatis Berbasis Internet Of Things (Iot) Dengan Notifikasi Real-Time
ABSTRACT
Fire disasters cannot be predicted in terms of time and location, therefore an
early warning and response system technology is needed. This study aims to
design a prototype system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) in the event of a
fire in a room. There are several features in the system design consisting of a
microcontroller (ESP32) connected to three sensors: flame sensor (5-channel
flame sensor), temperature sensor (DHT22), and smoke sensor (MQ2) as the main
detectors of the causes of fire. The data from the three sensors are displayed in
real-time through a local web server in normal or abnormal conditions during
monitoring. When the condition of the three sensors is detected by the system, the
power will be cut off and the fire will be extinguished automatically using a
solenoid valve. In addition, the system also sends notifications in the form of
messages and calls to the fire department through the CallMeBot service if the
fire is not extinguished within a certain time. The results of this test consist of 4
objects, namely paper, gas lighter, stove wick and cigarette. Testing on paper the
extinguishing system is active and the telephone message is inactive while on the
stove wick both systems are active because the fire does not go out in more than 5
seconds as specified. There are also two types of delays from the webserver and
callmebot, namely request and response delays.
