Studi Literatur Tentang Cybercounseling

Cybercounseling is an internet-based counseling service, where for now Cybercounseling is an alternative for the implementation of counseling services related to the impact of Covid-19 and increasingly sophisticated technological advances. This study aims to determine the implementation of Cybercounseling in Indonesia, to find out who implements Cybercounseling, who are the counselees in Cybercounseling, to find out whether Cybercounseling is effective and to know what media are used in the implementation of Cybercounseling services. This research is a literature study research. The instrument used in this research is a combination of national and international journals. Data analysis in this study used qualitative. The results show that in Indonesia the implementation of Cybercounseling has been implemented in various cities in Indonesia where those who carry it out are counselors, BK teachers and students, clients in the implementation of Cybercounseling which consist of students and students, the implementation of Cybercounseling is quite effective because it can facilitate the implementation of counseling services, media that used are Facebook, WhatsApp, Websites and online media that support Cybercounseling services.
