Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Displin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Cv. Lautan Rezeki Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of CV. Lautan Rezeki Pekanbaru. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application through reliability, validity, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of hypothesis 1 test, the value of t count (9.437)> t table (2.02439) is obtained, meaning that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. From the results of hypothesis 2 test, the value of t count (13.914)> t table (2.02439) is obtained, which means that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Then based on the results of hypothesis testing 3, obtained the value of F count (553.575)> F table (3.24), meaning that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of CV.
