Pengaruh Good Governance, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Empiris Pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Riau)
This study aims to determine the effect of Good Governance, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Style on the Performance of Government Agencies with Organizational Commitment as a Moderation Variable in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Riau Province Government consisting of, Inspectorate, DPRD Secretariat, Services, and Agencies. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents consisting of the Head of Finance Sub-Division, Head of Planning and Program Sub- Division, and Head of General Affairs and Personnel Sub-Division, then analyzed using Warp PLS version 7.0. The results of this study conclude that good governance, organizational culture, and leadership style influence the performance of government agencies, and organizational commitment is able to moderate the effect of good governance, leadership style on the performance of government agencies. However, organizational commitment is not able to moderate the influence of organizational culture on the performance of government agencies.
