This research aims to determine the effect of work fatigue and occupational safety and health (K3) on the productivity of employees in the Afdeling I PT. The population in this study were all employees of the plantation section of AFDELING I PT. Inti Indosawit Subur, Pelelawan Regency, totaling 107 people. The sample technique was taken using the Hair formula, namely the number of indicators is 95. Based on the Hair formula, the number of samples to be studied was 95 plantation employees of the Afdeling I PT. Inti Indosawit Lush Pelalawan Regency. The analytical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed using SmartPLS Version 4.0. The results of research using hypothesis testing show that work fatigue has a negative effect on employee productivity. Occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Work fatigue, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.
