Uji Sterilan Klorox Pada Penanaman Anggrek Dendrobium Sp. Secara In Vitro

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the best chlorox sterilization in the cultivation of Dendrobium sp. orchids in vitro. lorox with a concentration of 3% and 5% is the best concentration for the growth of Dendrobium sp. orchid plantlets with a survival rate of 50%.Dendrobium sp orchid subculture should use chlorox with a concentration of 3%, this aims to prevent damage to plant tissue, in addition, the use of chlorox with a concentration of 3% is more economical and environmentally friendly. The use of chlorox as a sterilization solution needs to be considered, the use of chlorox should not exceed 3%. The use of chlorox with high concentrations is feared to damage plant tissue, resulting in plant death.
