Analisis Rantai Pasok Ikan Parang (Chirocentrus Dorap) Di Desa Tanjung Medang Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis
This research aims to identify the supply chain pattern of wolf herring (Chirocentrus dorap) and analyze the performance of supply chain actors in Tanjung Medang Village, North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method, with primary data obtained through interviews with fishermen and traders in Tanjung Medang Village. The supply chain pattern analysis was conducted using the Food Supply Chain Networking (FSCN) framework, while the supply chain performance analysis used the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. The results showed that the wolf herring supply chain structure in Tanjung Medang Village involves fishermen (suppliers), traders (collecting traders), retailers, local consumers, exporters, and importers from Malaysia. There are two main market targets: export market (80%) and local market (20%). Supply chain management includes partnership relationships between partner fishermen and traders, and non-formal relationships between independent fishermen, retailers, and importers. Performance analysis results using SCOR metrics showed that delivery performance, order fulfillment, and standard conformity for partner fishermen achieved 100% (superior). For exporters, delivery performance reached 94% (superior), while order fulfillment and standard conformity reached 100% (superior). Supply chain flexibility for fishermen and exporters was 3.66 days and 4 days respectively (both superior). The research findings show that the wolf herring supply chain in Tanjung Medang Village has good performance, although improvements are needed in some aspects such as order fulfillment lead time and total supply chain cost.
