Analisis Keandalan Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran Pada Gedung Kantor Dprd Indragiri Hilir
ABSTRACT
Fire is one of the disasters that can cause great losses, both in terms of property and safety of life. The Indragiri Hilir DPRD Office Building, as a public facility with high activity, requires a reliable fire protection system to anticipate this risk. This study aims to analyze the level of reliability of the fire protection system in the building based on four main components, namely site completeness, rescue facilities, passive protection systems, and active protection systems. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the help of Expert Choice 11 software. Data were obtained through direct observation and distribution of questionnaires to four expert respondents from related fields. The assessment was carried out referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 26 of 2008. The results of the study showed that the fire protection system in the Indragiri Hilir DPRD Office Building has a level of reliability in the "Sufficient" category, which means that the fire protection system can only work minimally and not optimally, so it needs to be improved and added to several components of the fire protection system that are still lacking. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for improving and strengthening the fire protection system in other government buildings.
