Sistem Informasi Inventarisasi Aset Berbasis Web Di Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Riau

The Governor's Office of Riau manages a wide range of assets distributed across multiple work units, requiring a structured and efficient management system. Currently, the inventory process is still carried out manually, which is prone to recording errors and is less effective for handling a large volume of assets. This study aims to design and develop a web-based asset inventory information system to support the digital recording, management, and monitoring of assets. The system development method used is the waterfall model, with system modeling based on Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this study is a web-based asset inventory information system that improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in asset management at the Governor's Office of Riau.
