PT. Freedom is a company operating in the cafe industry that has been using a manual system for managing product marketing reports by recording and managing data using Excel spreadsheets. This manual system creates various obstacles such as difficulty in tracking sales performance in real-time, risk of errors in data recording, and slow report preparation processes for analysis and decision-making purposes. The objectives of this research are to design and build a web-based product marketing report information system at PT. Freedom and to facilitate the monitoring and analysis process of marketing data through the implementation of this system for PT. Freedom's management. The research methods used include observation, field studies, and interviews for data collection. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database with XAMPP server. System design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) consisting of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. This system involves two main actors, namely admin and warehouse staff who can manage product data, categories, sales, and generate marketing reports. Implementation results show that the web-based product marketing report information system has been successfully designed and built according to PT. Freedom's needs. This system facilitates the monitoring and analysis process of marketing data through interactive dashboard features, product and category data management, sales recording, and report generation that can be downloaded in Excel format. With this system, the marketing reporting process becomes more efficient, structured, and accurate, thus supporting better strategic decision-making for PT. Freedom's management.
