This study aims to analyze the self-concept of children aged 5–6 years at TK Az-Zuhra in Pekanbaru City. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. The first indicator, self-recognition, had the highest percentage at 80%, classified as developing well. The second indicator, self-confidence, reached 71.66%, categorized as developing as expected. The third indicator also showed a percentage of 74.58% and was classified as "developing as expected. The fourth indicator, social acceptance, had a percentage of 75%, also categorized as developing as expected. Fifth, the emotional regulation indicator showed a percentage of 77.08%, classified as "developing very well." The final indicator, self-evaluation, scored 74.16%, categorized as developing as expected. The population in this study consisted of 20 children aged 5–6 years from TK Az-Zuhra in Pekanbaru City. The findings indicate that the self-concept of children aged 5–6 years at TK Az-Zuhra is generally in the good category.
