The science process skills of children aged 5-6 years at TK IT Insan Teladan Pekanbaru are not as expected. Therefore, a certain treatment is needed, this is using rotation earth media. The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of using rotation earth media on the science process skills of children aged 5-6 years at TK IT Insan Teladan Pekanbaru. This type of research is a quantitative experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were children aged 5-6 years at TK IT Insan Teladan Pekanbaru totaling 92 children. The sample in this study was 23 children. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used in

this study was primary data through children's worksheets. The data analysis used the t-test. The results of the study showed an increase in children's science process skills behavior, this can be seen from the average score before and after treatment. The results of data analysis obtained t count 26.159 greater than t table 2.073 from this study it can be concluded that the use of rotation earth media has an effect on the science process skills of children aged 5-6 years at TK IT Insan Teladan Pekanbaru.
