The aim of this research is to the effectiveness of the campus teaching program in
improving the literacy skills of students at SMK Cersa Pasaman. The population of
this study consists of 11th-grade students at SMK Cersa Pasaman and participants
in the AKM literacy test of the Campus Teaching Program 7, totaling 30 students.
The sampling technique used in this study was a census technique. The data used
in this study were secondary data sourced from documents listing the results of the
AKM test for the Campus Teaching Program activities at SMK Cersa Pasaman. The
data analysis techniques used were the N-Gain test. Based on the analysis
conducted, the implementation of the Campus Teaching Program at SMK Cersa
Pasaman was quite effective in improving reading literacy skills. This can be seen
from the increase in the average AKM literacy test scores of the students. However,
for numeracy literacy, the implementation of the Campus Teaching Program at
SMK Cersa Pasaman was categorized as less effective.
