Pengaruh Pupuk Organik Cair Urine Kelinci Dan Pupuk Npk Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) Merril)
ABSTRACT
Soybean plants (Glycine max (L.) Merril) are one of the main food crops in Indonesia after rice and maize. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) and NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of soybean. The experiment was conducted at the Experimental Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Riau, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a 4 × 3 factorial arrangement and three replications. The first factor was the concentration of rabbit urine LOF (200, 400, 600, and 800 ml/l of water), and the second factor was the dosage of NPK fertilizer (200, 250, and 300 kg/ha). The results showed that there was no significant interaction between rabbit urine LOF and NPK fertilizer on all observed parameters. However, rabbit urine LOF significantly affected the number of plant height, percentage of effective root nodules, productive branches, number of filled pods per plant, and dry seed weight per plot. NPK fertilizer significantly influenced plant height, productive branches, effective nodules, filled pod traits, seed number, and seed weight. The best performance was observed at the combination of 800 ml/l rabbit urine LOF and 300 kg/ha NPK, though some parameters did not yet reach varietal standards. Correlation analysis showed strong to very strong correlations between plant height, percentage of effective root nodules and number of productive branches with filled pods, percentafe of filled pods, seed number per plant, seed weight per plant, and dry seed weight per plot. This indicates that yield components are tightly correlated and contribute collectively to soybean productivity.
