One of the phenomena of crime that occurs in today's society is so rampant gangsterism practices or actions that occurred in District Keritang. Implementation of law enforcement against violent crime in the Police Sector thuggery Keritang District has done well, but not fully in accordance with the expectations of society, which despite being in doing raids, but the act of thuggery is still ongoing, because not all of the action can be eradicated with a maximum thuggery . Obstacles encountered in law enforcement against criminal acts of thuggery violence is caused by the lack of police personnel, lack of information, not the discovery of evidence, the state of geography, and the victim did not immediately report the fear of kepolisian.Upaya conducted by District Police Keritang to overcome obstacles are faced with increased patrols, coaching and training of police personnel Keritang and provide legal counseling to the community Keritang Indragiri Hilir.Adapun suggestions must be submitted in writing this essay is the need for fostering mental, spiritual or social service institutions as well as to provide field work that actors do not fall back on bullying, the need for the participation of the family, because the family as the basic unit of society, and of family social values it was built, so that thuggish violence from happening in the community. So that all forms of bullying can be resolved properly and optimally.
