Phenobarbital is one of psychotropic drugs that often to be abused. Drug abuse is an unlawful act, therefore need an immunoassay test as screening then to be continued with confirmation test to suspected psychotropic abusers urine. It takes time between screening to confirmation test. The aim of this study is to detect existence of phenobarbital in urine using immunoassay test if the sample stored at 25OC during maximum 14 days. This is a descriptive experimental study with 2 sample urine that contain phenobarbital and has fulfilled the inclusion criterias, such as the sample taken at the time of excretion of phenobarbital in urine (
