Gambaran Hasil Pemeriksaan Metamfetamin Dalam Urin Yang Disimpan Pada Suhu 250c Dengan Teknik Immunoassay Selama 14 Hari

Urine test result which be used for projustitia in methamphetamine abuse case is the confirmation test result. There are regions do not have laboratorium which has confirmation test device for this case. It makes the sample must be delivered to the laboratorium which has that device. Methamphetamine in urine sample can be degradated during transportation. The purpose of this study is to detect the existence of methamphetamine in urine that be stored at 250C and tested by immunoassay method for maximal 14 days. This study used descriptive method. Sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The samples were five urine samples which be obtained from methamphetamine abusers that had fulfilled inclusion criterias, such as the sample was taken at the excretion time of drug in urine; had positive result of immunoassay test for methamphetamine; clear and not foamy; had pH at 4,5-8,5. The samples could not be taken from people who consumed drugs that caused cross reaction with methamphetamine. The study result showed methamphetamine was still detectable in urine that be stored at 250C for 14 days using immunoassay method.
