This research was conducted in October 2019 in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto
Kampar Sub-District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to
determine the total investment spent in the catfish salted fumigation business and to
determine the income and profits of catfish salted business in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII
Koto Kampar Sub-District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The method used in this
study is a survey method.
Analysis of catfish salted fish processing business can be known investment, how
much is the cost of production, total income and profits as follows: 1) Investment in
Business Scale Groups in the Village of Koto Mesjid, Small business scale of IDR.
63,247,000, Medium business scale of IDR. 81,157,000 and a large business scale of
IDR. 105,732,000; 2) Income in the Business Scale Group in the Koto Mesjid Village on
the small business scale is IDR. 29,580,000 / production, medium business scale is IDR.
48,198,000 / production while large-scale business is IDR. 73,950,000 / production. And
profits on a small business scale of IDR. 2,120,124 / production, on a medium business
scale of IDR. 3,469,816 / production and large scale up to IDR. 5,348,316 / production.
