Lama Konversi Pasien Covid-19 Yang Dirawat Di Ruang Pinere Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Dan Faktor Yang Mempengaruhinya Periode Maret-Desember 2020

Corona virus disease 19 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARSCoV-
2 virus. Covid-19 has become a pandemic which is a global health problem.
Conversion of Covid-19 patients is known by calculating the length of time the
patient was treated after testing positive through Rt-PCR until it was stated
negative. The purpose of this study was to determine the conversion time of Covid-
19 patients. This type of research is descriptive. The data of this study are all
medical records of Covid-19 patients at the Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province
as many as the number of patients in 2020. The results of this study obtained 93
cases of Covid-19 patients with the most age characteristics, namely 18-59 years
as many as 65 people (69,89 %), the most gender was 55 women (59.14%), the most
conversion time was 1-7 days as many as 52 people (55.91%), and the factor that
influenced the most conversion time was hypertension as many as 58 people (10,
4%).
