Sistem Informasi Manajemen Arsip Digital Berbasis Web Di BMKG Provinsi Riau

A digital archive management system is an information system used to manage, store, and access documents electronically to make them more efficient, fast, and organized. At the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency of Riau Province, the previous archiving process was still done manually and was not integrated so that it often caused obstacles in document tracing, data duplication, and unrecorded user access history. To overcome these problems, the author designed and developed a "Web-Based Digital Archive Management Information System at BMKG Riau Province". The system was developed through the preparation of Use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. This system was built using the PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages for the interface display, and MySQL as a database. The main features developed include document management (upload, view, edit, and delete), recording user activities, and limiting access rights based on roles. With this system, the archiving process at BMKG Riau becomes more effective, structured, and controlled.
