Sistem Informasi Pemantauan Pemeriksaan Daging Ayam Beku Pada Badan Pemeriksaan Obat Dan Makanan (Bpom) Berbasis Web Di Pekanbaru
Monitoring of processed frozen chicken products is a crucial aspect in ensuring food safety for the public. In Pekanbaru, the increasing consumption of frozen food demands a more efficient and integrated monitoring system. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to assist BPOM (National Agency of Drug and Food Control) in monitoring the inspection process of frozen food, particularly processed chicken products. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, utilizing PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The test results show that the system facilitates both administrators and inspectors in managing monitoring data, updating inspection statuses, and storing inspection history in chronological order without losing previous data. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness, transparency, and accuracy of BPOM’s food safety monitoring processes.
