Analisis Manajemen Risiko Keamanan Informasi Simrs Menggunakan Metode Octave Dan Fmea Pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru
Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an application that supports various essential processes in the operational services of Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru. However, in its implementation, SIMRS still faces various issues such as server downtime and network connection disruptions. These issues have not been addressed in a structured manner due to the absence of specific documentation related to risk management. Therefore, this study aims to identify and evaluate various risks associated with SIMRS and to provide control recommendations to minimize potential problems. The methods used are OCTAVE for risk identification and FMEA for risk assessment. The research was conducted in four stages: planning, data collection, analysis, and recommendation. The results show that there are 11 identified risks with 16 Potential Failure Modes (PFM). Based on the FMEA assessment, there is 1 Potential Failure Mode with a high-risk level, 9 with a medium-risk level, and 6 with a low-risk level. Mitigation recommendations are provided based on the controls in ISO 27001:2022 and serve as input for future SIMRS asset security management.
