Pengaruh Penempatan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
Employee performance is one of the most important factors to obtain
optimal work results. The factors that influence employee performance include
placement and work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of
Placement, Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Kampar Regency
Tourism and Culture Office. This research method is quantitative descriptive,
which means that the research is explained in statistical form or in the form of
numbers. The population in this study were Civil Servants (PNS) and Government
Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) who worked at the Kampar Regency
Tourism and Culture Office, totaling 45 people. The sample in the study used a
saturated or census sampling technique. The results of this study indicate (1)
Placement affects performance. (2) Work Environment affects performance. (3)
based on the results of the analysis, simultaneously placement, work environment
significantly affects the Performance of Employees at the Kampar Regency
Tourism and Culture Office.
Placement and work environment have an influence on employee
performance. This means that the two main factors in this study, namely
placement and work environment, together provide a significant contribution in
determining the level of employee success in carrying out their duties and
responsibilities. In other words, the more appropriate the placement and the
better the work environment, the more optimal the performance of employees at
the Tourism and Culture Office of Kampar Regency.
