Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan Untuk Tingkatan Gaji Menggunakan Metode Profile Matching Pada Pt. Baja Diva Manufaktur Pekanbaru
Employee Performance Assessment is one of the important aspects to manage Human Resources at PT. Baja Diva Manufaktur Pekanbaru in order to determine employee salary levels. So far, employee salary determination is still done manually so that the company still has difficulty in deciding the amount of salary that is appropriate for employees. The purpose of this research is to overcome this problem, namely by designing a decision support system that uses the profile matching method based on aspects of employee productivity, absence, and work discipline each of which contains 33 employee data. Based on the results that have been carried out using the profile matching method, the total value and level of employee salary are obtained. Ranty Pramita at level 5 with a salary of Rp 5400000, Dhoni Yanfatra at level 5 with a salary of Rp 3700000, Budhi Haryanto at level 1 with a salary of Rp 3100000. So it can be concluded that this system has an influence in determining employee salaries at PT. Baja Diva Manufaktur.
