Analisis Sentimen Nasabah Terhadap Layanan Mobile Banking Bca Di Google Play Store Menggunakan Metode Xgboost
The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the banking world, one of which is mobile banking services. BCA Mobile is a mobile banking application from Bank Central Asia (BCA) designed to make it easier for users to perform various banking transactions directly through their smartphones without having to visit a branch office or ATM. However, this application faces challenges related to technical issues and performance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze user sentiment towards BCA Mobile services using the XGBoost (Extreme Gradient Boosting) method. This method was chosen due to its time efficiency, memory optimization, and high accuracy. The results of the study show that the XGBoost model is able to achieve an accuracy of 93.1%, with a precision value on positive sentiment of 0.96, recall of 0.85, and an F1-score of 0.90. From the sentiment analysis results, it was found that most user reviews tend to be negative, indicating dissatisfaction with the performance of the BCA Mobile application. Based on these findings, this study provides recommendations to BCA to improve application stability and fix features that are frequently complained about by users. With sentiment analysis based on XGBoost, the company can proactively identify major issues and enhance the user experience in using Mobile Banking services.
