Pengaruh Perceived Ease Of Use Dan Perceived Usefulness Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Qris Melalui Trust Pada Generasi Z Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Effect Of Perceived Ease Of Use And Perceived Usefulness On Qris Usage Decisions Through Trust In Generation Z In Pekanbaru City. The population studied is Generation Z in the city of Pekanbaru who have utilized QRIS as a payment method.The sampling was conducted using non probability sampling techniques, with a sample size of 150 respondents.The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method through SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2 software. The research results show that Perceived Ease of Use affects Trust, Perceived Usefulness affects Trust, Perceived Ease of Use affects Usage Decision, Perceived Usefulness affects Usage Decision, Trust affects QRIS Usage Decision, Perceived Ease of Use affects Usage Decision through Trust, and Perceived Ease of Use affects Usage Decision through Trust.These findings have significant implications for the development and marketing of QRIS in formulating more effective strategies.The conclusion of this study indicates that Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness regarding the Decision to Use QRIS are factors that should not be overlooked, with Trust playing a very important role in enhancing the decision to use QRIS.Therefore, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness are important elements in the QRIS marketing strategy, as this relationship can strengthen and enhance the level of trust in the use of QRIS among Generation Z.
