Pengaruh Hard Skill, Soft Skill Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Riau Angkatan 2021
ABSTRACT
This study discusses issues related to hard skills, soft skills, self-efficacy, and work readiness among Management Department students at the University of Riau, Class of 2021. The objectives of this study are: (1) Does hard skill influence work readiness among Management Department students at the University of Riau, Class of 2021? (2) Does soft skill influence work readiness among Management Department students at the University of Riau, Class of 2021? (3) Does self-efficacy influence work readiness among Management Department students at the University of Riau, Class of 2021? (4) Do hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy influence work readiness among Management Department students at the University of Riau, Class of 2021? This study employs a quantitative method using probability sampling. The sample size consists of 78 students. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, and the data was analysed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software to answer the hypotheses. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that, partially, the variables of hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy positively and significantly influence work readiness, with the coefficient values of hard skills at 0.279, soft skills at 0.311, and self-efficacy at 0.436. Simultaneously, the variables of hard skills, Soft Skills, and Self-Efficacy simultaneously influence work readiness with an adjusted R-square value of 0.549 and an F-value of 26.922.
