Pengaruh Employability Skill Dan Pengalaman Magang Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Prodi S1 Manajemen Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Riau

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of employability skills and internship experience on work readiness of undergraduate management students class 2021, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The population in this study were management students class 2021, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University who had carried out an internship totaling 287 people with a sample of 167 people determined by purposive sampling technique. The results of the study prove that employability skills have a positive and significant effect on student work readiness, internship experience has a positive and significant effect on student readiness, and employability skills and internship experience have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on student work readiness. So that an increase in employability skills and internship experience will increase student work readiness as evidenced by the Adjusted R Square value, where these two variables 66.9% affect the work readiness of undergraduate management students class 2021 Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University.
