Pengaruh Motivasi, Komunikasi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bumdes Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in 35 Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The objectives of this study are to determine the positive and significant effect of motivation partially on employee performance, to determine the positive and significant effect of communication partially on employee performance, to determine the positive and significant effect of work discipline partially on employee performance, to determine the positive and significant effect of motivation, communication, and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. This research method uses quantitative research, the population in this study were 218 BUMDes and the sample in this study were 35 BUMDes in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. This study uses SPSS 25 result processing. The results of this study indicate that motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation, communication, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance BUMDes Kuantan Singingi Regency.
