Pengaruh Motivasi, Komitmen Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Fox Hotel

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to analyse motivation, work commitment and workload partially or simultaneously to the performance of Fox Hotel Pekanbaru employees. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis method by using multiple linear regression analysis model with SPSS tool. With the sampling technique is saturated sample, where all employees of Fox Hotel Pekanbaru are used as population and samples totalling 84 employees and for data collection using questionnaires. The results of this study are (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Motivation, work commitment, and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Fox Hotel Pekanbaru employees.
