ABSRTARCT
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and training (Diklat) on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The sample in this study consists of teachers from SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota, selected through a specific sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using t-tests and F-tests.
The results of the study show that, partially, leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Training also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, leadership and training have a significant effect on teacher performance
