Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Non Asn Di Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Pekanbaru
              ABSTRACT
This study to examine the effect of Leadership, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Non-Civil Servant Nurses at Madani Regional Hospital Pekanbaru." The research consists of four variables: Leadership (X1), Work Environment (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3), and Performance (Y). The population and sample in this study include all Non-Civil Servant Nurses at Madani Regional Hospital Pekanbaru, totaling 82 nurses. The analytical method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression, with data processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 25.0.
Based on the hypothesis test conducted, the research results show that: 1.) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, 2.) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, 3.) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, 4.) Leadership, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on nurse performance.
