ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of internship experience, communication skills, and job interest on the work readiness of Management students class of 2021, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, 166 respondents participated through questionnaires. The results showed that partially, communication skills and job interest have a significant effect on work readiness, while internship experience does not. Simultaneously, all three have a significant effect. This study contributes to curriculum development and strategies to improve students' work readiness.
