Pemberian Asam Humat Dan Pgpr Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit Fase Main Nursery Pada Media Ultisol
ABSTRACT
Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) is a plant with high economic value because it is one of the producers of vegetable oil. Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) are soil microorganisms that are beneficial for plants and live in the root zone or rhizosphere. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the interaction of Humic Acid and PGPR administration, as well as the effect of Humic Acid and PGPR fertilizer factors on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the Main nursery. This study was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the provision of humic acid (A) consisting of three levels, namely: A0: 0 g, A1: 25 g, A2: 50 g per polybag; The second factor is the provision of PGPR (P) which consists of three levels, namely: P1: 10 ml/l, P2: 20 ml/l, P3: 30 ml/l per polybag. The application of humic acid with PGPR significantly affected the increase in seedling height, number of leaves, and increase in leaf area. The application of humic acid significantly affected the increase in seedling height, number of leaves, leaf area, and root volume. The application of PGPR significantly affected the increase in seedling height, root volume, leaf area, and number of leaves. The application of humic acid at a dose of 50 g and PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) at a dose of 30 ml/l can increase the growth of 4-6 month old oil palm seedlings in Ultisol soil.
