Analisis Faktor-Faktor Internal Dalam Pengembangan Umkm Mie Sagu Di Kecamtan Tebing Tinggi Timur Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti
Internal factors are individual characteristics where these factors can be
controlled from within and are factors that support the development of SMEs. The
problem in this research is how the internal factors in the development of UMKM
Sago Mie Usaha Brothers and UMKM Sago Sago Mie Tohor Lestari, Meranti Islands
Regency. East Cliff sub-district is the sub-district that has the least number of sago
noodle SMEs in Meranti Islands district where there are only two sago noodle SMEs,
Sago Mie SMEs Business Brothers and Sago Mie SMEs Tohor Lestari. Where the
demand for sago noodles is quite a lot, it's just that they are still constrained by
production, capital, and marketing such as packaging, labeling, promotion, then the
problems that can be formulated in research
. UMKM Sago Sago Tohor Lestari Noodles, Meranti Islands Regency. The
research approach used is a qualitative approach and this type of research is
descriptive. The location of this research was carried out in the SME Sago Mie Usaha
Brothers and the UMKM Sago Sago Tohor Lestari in Tebing Tinggi Timur District,
Meranti Islands Regency, data collection techniques were carried out by interview
and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that the internal factors in the development of
Sago Noodle SMEs are considered not optimal in terms of internal factors, namely
HR aspects, financial aspects, marketing aspects and production aspects that have not
been implemented and run properly so that it slows down the development of Sago
Noodle SMEs. Brothers and SMEs Mie Sgu Tohor Lestari.
