ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, investment decisions
and capital structure on the value of companies with good corporate governance
as a moderation variable. The population in this study includes all manufacturing
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020 as many
as 142 companies. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling methods with
the number of samples that meet the criteria of 101 companies. Partial Least
Square (PLS) is used as a method to analyze the data that has been obtained. The
results showed that profitability, capital structure and good corporate governance
have a significant positive effect on the value of the company. Investment
decisions have a insignificant effect on the value of the company. Good
corporate governance moderates profitability and capital structure against
company value and good corporate governance cannot moderate investment
decisions against company value.
