Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Millennial Pada Coffeeshop Di Provinsi Riau
This research was conducted at a coffee shop in the Riau Province. It aimed to address limitations of previous studies while filling the research gap regarding millennial consumers' decision-making processes in purchasing. In this quantitative study, data was gathered through questionnaires distributed among millennial consumers making purchases at coffee shops in the Riau Province. Sample calculation resulted in 392 respondents using a purposive random sampling approach. A Likert scale questionnaire was used for data collection, and SmartPLS 4.0 was utilized for processing.
The research findings indicate that lifestyle significantly and positively influences purchasing decisions, the physical environment significantly and positively impacts purchasing decisions, while e-payment, though positively influential, lacks significance on purchasing decisions. Social factors significantly reinforce the influence of lifestyle and physical environment on purchasing decisions. However, social factors weaken the impact of e-payment on purchasing decisions without significance.
Moreover, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The physical environment positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions, while e-payment, though positively influential, lacks significance. Social factors significantly reinforce the influence of lifestyle and the physical environment on purchasing decisions. However, social factors weaken the impact of e-payment on purchasing decisions without significance. Ultimately, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
