Pengaruh Kemudahan Penggunaan Dan Keamanan Sistem Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Mobile Banking (Studi Empiris Pada UMKM Sektor Kuliner kota pekanbaru)

This research aims to empirically analyze the influence of ease of use and system security on interest in using mobile banking among MSMEs in the culinary sector in the city of Pekanbaru. Mobile banking is a banking service that is very popular among Indonesian people, both officials and MSMEs. Mobile banking makes it easy for customers to carry out banking transactions such as checking balances, transferring between accounts, etc. so that using mobile banking can help the effectiveness of MSME transactions. This research is quantitative research. The data source used is primary data from the results of distributing questionnaires to each MSME actor totaling 368 respondents. The sampling technique uses the 5% Slovin Formula. The results of data analysis using SEM- PLS analysis show that ease of use and system security influence interest in using mobile banking in MSMEs in the culinary sector of Pekanbaru city. It is hoped that the results of this research will be.
