Pengaruh Efikasi Diri, Keaktifan Berorganisasi Dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika 2020 FKIP UNRI
The objective of this research is to determine of determining the direct influence of the variables of self-efficacy, organizational activeness, and family environment on the work readiness of 2020 undergraduate students in Mathematics Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau (UNRI). This research used a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all 2020 undergraduate students in Mathematics Education, FKIP UNRI, totaling 114 individuals. The study used these students as research subjects. The sampling method used is purposive random sampling, with a total of 89 respondents. The data analysis methods employed include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and the determination coefficient, using a significance level of
0.05. Data processing was performed with the assistance of SPSS software version 23. Based on the research results, it was found that the variables of self-efficacy, organizational activeness, and family environment have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of 2020 undergraduate students in Mathematics Education, FKIP UNRI.
