Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT Sari Lembah Subur
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and individual characteristics on work loyalty with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Sari Lembah Subur employees in Pangkalan Lesung, Riau. The population and sample of this study consist of 53 employees. The results show that workload has a negative effect on work loyalty, while individual characteristics have a positive effect on work loyalty. Job satisfaction is proven to be an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between individual characteristics and work loyalty, but it does not affect the relationship between workload and work loyalty. The implication of these findings is that the company needs to manage workloads effectively and focus on developing employees' individual characteristics to enhance work loyalty.
