Analisis Potensi Pengembangan Industri Pariwisata Kabupaten Siak

This study aims to find out opinion of local people and tourist about the state and potensial of tourism industry in Kabupaten Siak. In this study used two data collection techniques, the first is the primary collection using questionnaires, observation and interviews. The second is the collection of secondary data using literature study, documentation, youth and sports department of tourism Kabupaten Siak vand BPS Riau Province. From the research that there are four factors that can make the local community and visitors interested in visiting the tourism contained Kabupaten Siak. As for who becomes the population in this study are tourists and the local community, where the number of samples taken is as much as 50 respondent who was the local community and 50 respondents that tourist using formula slovin. Based. Based on the assessment of theperception of the local community and tourist regarding the commponentsof the basic component of tourist in Kabupaten Siak of consisting of attraction, tourist support facilities, infrastructure and promotion. Component basic component of tourist in Kabupaten Siak has been very supportive to the development of the tourist industry. With increasingly improving the utilization of the component of the basic components of this tourism development tourism in Kabupaten Siak in the future will be better.
