Efektifitas Pelayanan Publik Banto Trade Centre (BTC) Di Kota Bukittinggi
Banto Trade Centre (BTC) was established with the cooperation of the government with the private sector do not get attention from the public. This BTC with establishment of the conditions of 5 floors were still deserted by the people of Bukittinggi becausethe services provided bythe managerBantoTrade Centredoes notsatisfy the community. This studyaims to determinethe effectiveness ofpublic servicesBantoTrade Centre(BTC) andthe factorsthat hinderthe effectiveness ofthe public serviceBantoTrade Centre(BTC) inBukittinggi.
To analyzethese problems the authoruses the theorySteersinSutrisno, which corresponds to the problemthatthe optimizationobjectives, perspectivesandpressure on thesystemin terms ofhuman behavior withinthe organizational structure.This research is adescriptive qualitative approachanddata collection techniquesareobservationtechniquesand interviewswithkeyinformantsas akey resourc.
Services providedBantoTrade Centre(BTC) is not effectivebecause ofsomeproblems thatoccurasphysical andnon-physicalbuildingBantoTrade Centre(BTC) is the condition ofthe buildings, kiosks, parking,other facilities, as well as the issue priceinBantoTrade Centre(BTC ).
It can be concludedthat theeffectiveness ofthe Public ServiceBantoTrade Centre(BTC) inBukittinggito ownsome of theissuesthatthe service providedis not runningwellso it does notprovideeffective services tothe public.
