Pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Duta Palma Nusantara Di Sungai Kuko Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This research was conducted in the PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sungai Kuko Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi with the aim to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and supervision of the work productivity of employees at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sungai Kuko Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The population in this study is numbered 260 employees using simple random sampling method the importance of the number of samples by using the formula Slovin with a total of 72 people. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, partial and simultaneous analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21.0).
From the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (Test F) shows that all independent variables studied had a significant impact on labor productivity variable. Test partial regression variables (t test) showed that the work discipline variables have the most significant effect on work productivity. The magnitude of the effect caused by (R2) by all four of these variables together against the dependent variable 54%, while the remaining 46% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
