Analisis Implementasi Just In Time Melalui Value Stream (Layout) Dan Inventory Terhadap Lean Service Performance Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of just in time through value stream and inventory toward lean service performance. This research is located in RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Jl. Diponegoro No.2 Pekanbaru. The type of data in this research is quantitative, that processed from perceptions of respondents. The data in research are primary and secondary data, the number of samples of this research is 59 employees obtained by simple random sampling technique. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. From result of analysis obtained there influence independent variable to dependent variable equal to 57,5%.
