Pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi Dan Partisipasi Guru Dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (Kkg) Terhadap Kompetensi Profesional Guru Penjasorkes Sd Di Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti

Target of this research is to know influence: (1) Motivation have achievement to professional interest of teacher. (2) Influence participation learn in KKG to professional interest of SD penjasorkes teacher in District of Tebing Tinggi Regency Archipelago of Meranti. (3) Influence motivate participation and achievement learn in KKG by together to professional interest of teacher. This research is executed in subdistrict tebing tinggi Regency Archipelago of Meranti with take entire/all population as totalizeing sampel 55 teacher people. Data collecting use multiplechoice tes for the variable of professional interest of teacher, using enquette for the variable of motivate to have participation and achievement learn in teacher working team ( KKG). Used by Method Research is this Method research use survey method constructively version spss program 16 by using quantitative approach. Result of this research shall be as follows 1) level of contribution motivate to have achievement which directly have contribution to professional interest learn is 14.1%. 2) level of participation contribution learn in kkg which directly have contribution to teacher professional interest is 16.1%. 3) level of contribution motivate to have participation and achievement learn in kkg which by simultan influence professional interest learn is 18%. Conclusion from this research is proven there is influence which are positive and signifikan between motivation have achievement to and participation learn in kkg to professional interest learn sd penjasorkes district of Tebing Tinggi Regency Archipelago of Meranti.
