Hubungan Motivasi Kerja Dengan Resiliensi Pendidik Di Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis

The aim of this reserch is to know the corelation between motivation work and resilience of early childhold education teachers in sub district Bengkalis.. There are 126 early childhood education teachers, and 56 early childhood education teachers as sample of this research. Method used in this research is pearson product moment correlation to see relationship between variables of work motivation and resilience. Data collection techniques used are questioner in linkert scale form. Based on this research the level of work motivation in early childhood education teachers in a very high category with percentage 87,5 % and level of resilience early childhood education teachers in high category with percantage 57,14%. Based of hypothesis there is a positive significant correlation between work motivation and resilience early childhood education teachers. This can be known from value coefficient of correlation that rxy= 0.590 and significance level 0,000 < 0,05 in a middle category with determinant coefficient value in the amount of KD = r2 x 100% = 34.81% it means that work motivation give effect as much 34.81 % to resilience.
