Pengaruh Motif Penggunaan Media Online Kitabisa.Com Terhadap Kepuasan Penggunaan Media Sebagai Sarana Dalam Berdonasi
This increasingly sophisticated era of globalization, fundraising can be done in a more interesting way with a broader range, namely by using online media as a medium for social fundraising. Social fundraising through online media has proven effective. Kitabisa.com fundraising access is a website that provides facilities for community members whether individuals or groups to get funds through campaigns. Kitabisa.com does not provide social funds for the community but only as a fundraising media. In the Uses and Grafitation theory, the audience basically uses mass media based on certain motives, where the media are considered trying to meet the needs of the audience which is called effective media. The aim of the researchers was to find out how much the influence of the motive of using online media Kitabisa.com on the satisfaction of the use of media as a means of donating.
The method used in this study is an explanatory quantitative method, with the technique of collecting data through an online questionnaire. The location of the study was carried out on the Instagram account page @ kitabisa.com. The total sample of this study was 166 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The researcher used simple linear regression analysis, to find out how much influence the two variables had. Processing of questionnaire data was carried out using the Windows version 23 Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program.
The results obtained from simple linear regression analysis in this study is that there is the influence of the use of Kitabisa.com online media on the satisfaction of using media as a means of donating 71.5% which is categorized as strong while the rest is influenced by other factors not present in this study.
