Analisis Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus VII Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru

This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the method of collecting data using a questionnaire as an instrument to obtain personality competency data of elementary school teachers. The results of the study show that competency acts in accordance with the norms of religion, law, social, and Indonesian national culture with a percentage of 73.84%; Competence presents itself as an honest, noble person, and an example for students and society with a percentage of 70.91%; Competence presents itself as a solid, stable, mature, wise and authoritative person with a percentage of 75.57%; Competence shows work ethic, high responsibility, pride in being a teacher, and self-confidence with a percentage of 69.23%; Competence upholds the teaching professional code of ethics with a percentage of 73.74%.
