factors influence the economic growth of Riau Province, including the foreign trade balance indicated by the value of exports and imports, and the value of investment, especially foreign investment into the Province of Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of foreign trade and investment on economic growth in Riau Province. The research data was taken from BPS and BKPM Riau Province using data from 2001-2018. The analysis used is multiple lineer regression. The results of the study prove that partially there is a significant positive effect of foreign trade on economic growth in Riau Province with t count> t table statistics (2,622> 2,120). PMA does not affect the Economic Growth of Riau Province with tcount
