Pengauh Disiplin Kerja Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Umum Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru
This research aimed to analysze Work Discipline and Communication on Motivation and Employees Work Performance, research applied on employees who work in General Affair of RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. This research consists of four variables: one dependent variable, one intervening variable and two independent variables. They are Employees Work Performance (Y2), Motivation (Y1), Communication (X2), and Work Discipline (X1). This research was conducted using a sample of 111 people. This research used sensus Method that mean all population should be sample on this research. In terms of data analysis, this research used path analysis method using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Work Discipline and Communication has simultaneous and partial significant positive effect on Motivation. Work Discipline and Communication and Motivation have simultaneous and partial significant positive effect on Employees Work Performance. Work Discipline and Communication Influence Employees Work Performance are moderated by Motivation.
